Abstract/Description

“But this is how we’ve always done it!”

If hearing this phrase inspires you to try something new, then you’re looking at the right session. It’s time to think like a scientist and EXPERIMENT! Building a culture of experimentation starts with establishing a growth mindset with a focus on incremental changes. In this energetic session, we apply a behavioural lens to the classic “Build-Measure-Learn” loop and weave in interactivity throughout to create our own rapid experiment.

Expand your toolkit with tangible methods and learn how to transform some of the smallest changes into some of the biggest results – simply by asking 3 key questions! Whether you’re coaching a team, working in product management, or simply looking for new ways to inspire your team’s creativity, join this engaging talk to deepen your experimentation knowledge and have some fun while you’re at it!

Learning Outcomes:

  • Design an experiment leveraging the build-measure-learn loop in order to rapidly test an assumption
  • Leverage techniques to measure the validity of ideas and gain feedback to delight your customers
  • Foster a culture of experimentation by using 3 questions to help teams test their assumptions
