Guilherme Motta acts as an Agile Coach and helps management teams that develop and deliver software. As a generalist, performed various roles as a consultant on projects for various companies like Klarna, ThoughtWorks, Nokia, HP, Terra, Bovespa, and others. Had his first contact with agile methods in 2008, in a distributed team that used Scrum (ScrumButt) practices. Currently is Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) by Scrum Alliance. Graduated from PUC-RS in Information Systems and an MBA in Strategic Management of Information Technology by Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Vice-President and board member of Agile Alliance Brazil.

Diane Brady

Diane is an Agile Project Management Professional working in the Pacific Northwest with 19 years of project management and consulting experience working in the Information Technology industry. She is passionate about using agile techniques to create and improve systems, building dynamic teams, and serving teams to achieve amazing results! She is an experienced trainer, coach, and methodologist specializing in Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Lean techniques. She has conducted training sessions on agile concepts such as story writing and behavior-driven development techniques, team environment and performance success factors, Value Stream Mapping techniques, and the Lean Improvement Kata process. Diane has facilitated a wide range of improvement workshops and retrospectives which includes interactive games and engagement techniques to solicit business requirements, improve current processes, pay down technical debt, improve engineering and quality practices, and improve team dynamics. Her experience includes planning, analysis, systems integration, change management, and deployment readiness. She has provided leadership in the development of software implementation and development life cycle, business process workflow, ERP system replacement, and mergers, and has been instrumental in defining best practices for the companies she has served. Avalara, Glasstech, Hydo Resources, and Microsoft are a few of the companies Diane has consulted for. She has served on the board of the PMI Portland Chapter in the capacity of President as well as active in the professional development portfolio for the Chapter and is currently an Agile Instructor. Prior to becoming a business consultant in 1995, Diane held positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Business Manager, and related management positions.
