AALN's mission is to support people who explore and apply Agile values, principles, and practices to make Scrum Framework more effective, humane, and sustainable in Africa. In support of this mission, AALN wants to ensure a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone, whenever they are engaged in Scrum Alliance activities. AALN will also serve as Africa Countries' prime user group that will promote, educate, share, and advance Agile methodologies and Scrum framework best practices in African. AALN will also offer Agile coaching, mentoring, teaching, and leadership training programs that will serve as a place for Agile regional collaboration-driven leaders by providing in-person and online training, networking, and professional development opportunities.
