Michelle has cross-disciplinary experience in agile delivery management, business analysis, and enterprise business process design. With her academic background in I/O Psychology, she stays up to date on industry-standard methodologies, and how these are used and optimised to support modern ways of working at the individual, team, and enterprise levels.
When the opportunity arises, Michelle enjoys working with teams to co-design business capabilities that improve their resilience, response, and adaptation to change.
Michelle is certified in Lean, Lean 6S, Kaizen, Total Quality Management (TQM)/ ISO9000, and being an advocate for the cause of business agility, has expanded her practitioner skill set into Agile Product Ownership, Delivery Management, Enterprise Coaching & Lean Change, Finance and Lean Portfolio Management.
Secretary
As an Agile coach with Double-O, Jeremy is passionate about helping teams do better business through Product Lean Agility and Systems Thinking. He brings his good and bad experiences with tech, business, projects, training, and ways of working together to nurture that growth.
Jeremy extends this passion by giving back to the community through mentoring and helping lead Agile Christchurch, Agile Alliance NZ, Product Aotearoa.

I am a software developer, Scrum Master, and speaker. I have worked in small and large organisations in tech industries in both South Africa and New Zealand. My skill set includes Web, and Business Intelligence, and have a range of other related technical and soft skills.
In Christchurch, New Zealand, I have been an organiser for the Agile community over the last 10 years. I have collaboratively run the local Agile conference three times and supported other conferences all over the South and North Islands.

An experienced coach and facilitator. Charlotte works closely with leaders, their teams and individuals across organisations to see where and how they can improve how they deliver work. Having worked on both client and vendor sides, she brings great insights into the dynamics of internal and multi-layered teams. Truly dedicated to the cause, outside of work she’s been Chair and Treasurer of Agile Alliance Aotearoa and an organiser of the AgileWelly meetup.

Anton is an Enterprise Lead Business Agility and SAFe SPC 6.0 consultant based in Auckland New Zealand, currently working at Elabor8 (a Cprime Company).
As a “Human-First” Senior Agile Coach and Delivery Lead with over 20 years of industry experience, I passionately prioritize individuals and their interactions. My expertise in Scrum and Kanban coaching enables me to guide teams towards enhanced predictable delivery by helping them visualize the flow of work, thereby increasing transparency through regular inspection and adaptation.
I actively support and lead enterprise-level quarterly planning and reviews, ensuring that strategic goals are always at the forefront. My approach to Agile and Scrum coaching not only promotes better business outcomes but also has a profound impact on delivery efficiency and team dynamics.
Specialising in Agile Transformation Culture, my journey has been marked by a consistent track record in designing and implementing strategies that culminate in improved business outcomes and results. Drawing upon my extensive experience, I’ve developed a keen ability to nurture and uplift teams, ensuring they remain cohesive, productive, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Mustafa is an experienced Agile and Delivery Consultant with a proven track record of helping teams improve their performance. He’s skilled in a range of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and has a knack for strategy development, OKRs, coaching, and facilitation. Mustafa is passionate about helping teams hit their targets and has a history of successful project delivery and improved team metrics. He holds an MBA degree, which he considers his go-to tool for tackling complex business challenges.

David wants to help build beautiful businesses that care about the planet and people as well as profit; humane workplaces fit for the 21st century, where everyone has a stake in the outcome and an opportunity to contribute to direction.
Throughout the last 35 years, he has worked with some great people and had opportunities to grow in a range of roles across many industries. He has had success and fun using lean and agile practices for 25 years, especially in implementing adaptive organisation design based on value streams.
David also contributes back to the community, and has worked with the Agile Alliance, IIBA, Agile on the Beach, and Agile Online Summit in NZ and in the UK.
