Marcy Elhamidi

Marcy Elhamidi is an Enterprise Agile Coach and Agile Practice Leader with 20+ years of experience in technology and over 10+ years of experience in Agile. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Marcy has been the president and chair of AgileIndy since 2019 (www.agileindy.org) and was a board member since 2016. She has helped grow the AgileIndy community, which hosts approximately 850 attendees at an annual conference in May each year. When Marcy isn't doing her day job as Enterprise Agile Coach at Crowe, LLP or her night job as president of AgileIndy or AgileIndy Conference committee chair, she spends her time attempting to apply Agile Principles to her husband and 3 children or hanging out with her Girl Tribe, which consists of a bunch of powerhouse tech women who have all become her closest friends and mentors.
