With a few exceptions, this information is limited to the kinds of information that can be found on a business card: first name, last name, job title, employer name, work address work email, and work telephone numbers. Agile uses this information to provide members and customers with goods and services, including membership services (e.g. membership expiration and renewal notices), notices and information about Agile events, including registration processes; membership and mission-related online content; to fulfill your requests for products and/or services, and any other purposes you consent to.
Agile does not sell personal information and only shares it with third parties who are facilitating the delivery of Agile services and event sponsors and, in the case of virtual conferences, third-party platforms hosting such events and analyzing attendees’ event activities.
A. Membership
When you become an Agile member, Agile collects information about you including but not limited to your name, your employer’s name, your work address (including your country location), and your email address. Agile also collects your personal email address, a personal mailing address (if applicable), and a mobile telephone number. Members may edit their profiles at any time to change, add, or remove personal information.
In addition to membership enrolment, Agile members may register for both in-person and virtual events hosted by Agile. In the process of registration, members will be required to provide personal information and certain other event-related content or activities preferences. Event registration information is either collected directly by Agile or through approved third parties. Examples of registration information collection and use include:
B. Live Events

Similar types of personal information are also collected from non-members and event volunteers.
Members attending live events will be issued paper and/or digital badge devices that will be used by Agile for event planning and session execution processes and, if a member permits, by third parties, including corporate sponsors, who, when allowed by the attendee, to scan digital badges to collect the member’s information stored thereon.
If you are a presenter at an Agile live event, Agile will collect information about you including your name, employer, photograph, and contact information and the information the attendees provide about you in their presenter evaluations. Agile also makes and stores audio and video recordings of your presentation. Agile relies on a legitimate interest basis for collecting, storing, and processing this information.
Exhibitors at Agile live events may wish to scan your badge so they can contact you with more information. Agile uses a 3rd party provider to provide badge scanning services to exhibitors who request it. By allowing an exhibitor to scan your badge you are consenting to have the provider provide the exhibitor with your contact information, and thereafter you may be contacted by the exhibitor post-event. If you do not wish the exhibitor to contact you, please communicate this directly with the exhibitor at the event or thereafter.
